Featuring eleven 5-axis CNC grinding units, our grinding center – the heart of Schwanog production – is continually being expanded. To keep pace with global demand a new facility was commissioned in 2006, increasing production capacity by over 30%. The optimum coordination of erosion, grinding and milling processes with a fully automatic blanks storage system is prerequisite for the efficient, cost-efficient monitoring of all processes.
